Testimonials from recent Map & Compass class participants -
"Using the skills taught in this class, now I can keep
track of where I am on the map and have confidence that I'm right.
I even impress my experienced hiking partners with my
map reading skills! Makes hiking even more fun.
Dave's knowledge of the subject and teaching method made learning the skills
easy and fun. The field session was a great way to practice what we learned
in the classroom.
I especially liked the comparison of the slide showing a picture of the
terrain to the same area on the map."
